About The Position

Boeing Digital Services is undergoing a significant transformation to revolutionize how aviation products are designed, delivered, and supported. This modernization effort involves fundamental shifts in operating models, culture, and delivery capabilities, moving beyond incremental improvements. The Modernization Office is central to this transformation, aligning executive strategy with the execution of product teams and driving digital solutions to market. The Program Manager - Modernization & Enablement (Senior, or Lead) is a key individual contributor supporting the Modernization Office Leader in advancing this transformation agenda. This role combines program management expertise with change enablement, ensuring that modernization initiatives are well-organized and on track, while also equipping and aligning teams to adopt new ways of working. The goal is to ensure the organization moves collectively and effectively towards its modernization objectives. This position is located in Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; or Plano, TX. The role has two main focuses: structured program management for the Modernization Office's initiatives, and change strategy/people enablement to help product teams adopt and sustain new working methods. Success in this role will be measured by the visibility and trustworthiness of the modernization roadmap, the preparedness of product teams, and demonstrable shifts in value delivery to customers. The company is hiring for both Senior and Lead Program Manager levels.
