About The Position

As a Program Manager – Master Data Initiatives, you will be part of a dedicated team and reporting to the Director, Master Data and Process Technology. This role involves organizing, planning, and monitoring the execution of master data build tasks to support various high-impact corporate programs and initiatives. You will also develop and refine internal ways of working across pillars within the Master Data group, and collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and data governance teams to define deliverables and due dates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and team capacity. The role requires developing and managing project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for master data initiatives, monitoring project progress, chasing issue resolution, and communicating status updates to leadership and project sponsors. Additionally, you will organize the intake of new master data requests for team prioritization, facilitate change management and training activities, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to data integration, migration, and governance, and measure and report on the status and effectiveness of master data projects. You will also facilitate and coordinate all aspects of Master Data-specific system and process testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex data projects in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices.
  • Understands master data management principles, data quality, and data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
