About the Team The eBay Collectibles team is building the most trusted and dynamic marketplace for collectors across Trading Cards, Memorabilia, Coins, Comics, Toys, and more. We operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering across Product, Engineering, Trust, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to deliver innovative, high-impact initiatives that improve the collector experience and drive business growth. The Opportunity We are seeking a Program Manager to support and drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Collectibles business, with a primary focus on Offers and Buybacks across both Core and Live Collectibles. This role will represent the Collectibles business unit and work closely with Product and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into clear requirements, manage functional dependencies, and drive programs from strategy through execution. The Program Manager will help establish and evolve the Offers and Buybacks roadmap, align stakeholders around key decisions, and ensure product and operational capabilities support the broader Collectibles strategy. The role will also support the continued evolution of the Repacks program, including expansion into new categories, formats, and operating models. This will require developing expansion strategies, assessing business and customer needs, defining the capabilities required to scale, and building cross-functional support for proposed changes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management fundamentals, product fluency, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills. The ideal candidate understands how product experiences are developed, can navigate complex functional dependencies, and can move ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives toward clear decisions and measurable outcomes.
