About The Position

We are looking for a Program Manager IV with strong experience in export compliance, export classification, and global trade regulations. This individual will support the development, management, and continuous improvement of export compliance programs, with a focus on software, technology, encryption regulations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in export compliance within a global corporate environment.
5+ years of experience with U.S. export classification under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Strong knowledge of software and technology export controls, including encryption regulations.
5+ years of experience working with engineering teams to determine export control requirements.
5+ years of experience using SNAP-R.
3+ years of experience managing an export classification program.

Experience with sanctions compliance.
Knowledge of dual-use export classification and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct export classification reviews for software, technology, products, development initiatives, vendors, suppliers, and infrastructure-related activities.
Manage the collection of information and preparation of global trade licenses, declarations, and export authorizations, including deemed export licenses.
Track U.S. and non-U.S. licenses and authorizations, including renewals, expirations, and ongoing compliance requirements.
Manage compliance and reporting obligations associated with export licenses and authorizations.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on export control programs and business operations.
Conduct risk assessments related to changes in export control regulations.
Develop and manage compliance metrics and reporting for leadership.
Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to evaluate export control requirements and develop compliance solutions.
Support additional projects related to global trade and export compliance.
