About The Position

A CClient Onboarding Data Integrity Program Manager will work with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy of data inputs. Day to day tasks include, but are not limited to: Effectively planning and communicate timelines, milestones, and activities Developing mutually beneficial working relationships with end users (vendors, cross-functional teams, etc.) by utilizing professional interpersonal skills Understanding application development needs, setting expectations, and monitoring the efficiency of internal and/or external users.

Requirements

• Great project management skills: able to keep track, prioritize, and close out multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical abilities, and a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and adherence to protocols
• Great at learning and using new software.
• Great influence and people skills. The goal of the team is change management, so we will be working with a lot of teams who “have always done it this way”. Your job is to convince the teams to do things the right way. In essence, we expect that you can work with different teams with different personalities to drive closure to issues without escalation.
• Intuitive sense of how complicated data-systems work and the “why” behind every input.
