About The Position

The Program Manager IV is responsible for evaluating and improving quality programs by facilitating and supporting the program’s annual strategic planning process, pursuing program growth goals, and sharing accountability for quality, service, and financial performance goals. The role involves year-round work on structured regulatory submissions, oversight of survey administration, data reporting, and issuing and monitoring corrective action plans. The position also supports the project management team with data analysis, reporting, and project management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• Eight years of recent relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.
• Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, and payors.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
