About The Position

This role involves developing and maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders, including global brands and industry associations, on product integrity issues. The Program Manager III will work with these stakeholders to develop strategies for tackling their unique problems and create international and region-specific policies and policy recommendations. The goal is to improve both reactive and proactive enforcement, maximize automation and efficiency in resolving brand owner issues, and identify and achieve measurable goals. This position requires close collaboration across Amazon teams on policies, processes, and tools to identify threats to brands and to Amazon’s customers and sellers. The role also involves partnering with Legal and Investigations to quickly handle and resolve critical and time-sensitive escalations, liaising with internal business teams to address vendor concerns, and participating in conferences and external meetings focused on product integrity issues. Additionally, the Program Manager III will develop and deliver educational and training materials for both internal and external consumption.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management Sciences, Technical Product Development, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management Sciences, Technical Product Development, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • One year of experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • One year of experience working with IP protection legal and regulatory landscape.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% may be required.
