About The Position

The Program Manager III will drive adoption and change management for the transition to RainFocus as the events platform. The role partners across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, develop enablement, establish a sustainable support model, and migrate from prior platforms.

The position owns the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and communications across impacted teams. It develops and delivers training and documentation, leads cross-functional migration work, serves as the primary contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team, and tracks adoption and enablement KPIs. The role also prioritizes feature requests, communicates status and tradeoffs, and maintains a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms, specifically RainFocus.
• Demonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performance.
• Five years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing or events operations, or program management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Splash or Cvent.
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training delivery skills.
• Enablement or change management experience.
• Training experience.
• Marketing experience, specifically with events.
• A BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications; this is nice to have but not required.
• Marketing or Sales experience; this is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams.
• Build and deliver enablement through training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead migration from prior event platforms, including Splash and Cvent, to RainFocus; map workflows and establish template and configuration parity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team and triage enablement workstreams.
• Identify and track adoption and enablement KPIs, including active users, event volume, time to launch, and support ticket trends, and use data to target improvements.
• Gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Capture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transition.
