About The Position
The Program Manager (PM) III is authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this Task Order, including the authority to bind the Contractor. The PM III provides overall management of the MACC-TTE to include directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel, executing and monitoring all program activities, tracking performance metrics, managing scope, cost, and schedule, and leading high-level engagements with Senior State and National leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Program Management or Senior-level DoD / Defense Industry experience
- Minimum of two (5) years of experience managing Cyber range or IT / OT Technology Programs
- Proven experience tracking project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, schedule, and cost, performing evaluations of existing processes, and recommending strategic improvements
- Working knowledge of all associated platform support and hardware associated with a DoD Cyber Test Range
- TS/SCI Clearance
- US Citizenship required
Nice To Haves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present reports and brief Senior State and National-level Leaders
- Experience representing operational units at various national level working groups and planning conferences
- Ability to rapidly develop project-related documentation and seamlessly implement lessons learned architecture
- Masters Degree preferred
