Cascadia operates three secure residential homes in the Portland Metro area for adults experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges. Employees work as a team to provide comprehensive services focusing on psychiatric treatment, personal care, skills training, and case management. Residents are referred from counties or the state and must either be under commitment or have a guardian. The focus of treatment is on immediate safety and preparing individuals to live in a less restrictive environment. The Program Manager III is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of assigned residential treatment programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and medical services in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This role leads a team of dedicated staff, providing supervision, training, and evaluation to maintain the highest standards of resident care. Key responsibilities include monitoring program effectiveness, managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage crisis situations, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery. The Program Manager III also serves as a liaison with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources, ensuring smooth operations and positive outcomes for residents.
