About The Position

Under the direction of leadership for the Dean of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine’s research program, this role performs program management level work directed toward the planning, implementation and coordination of multiple complex multi-site research projects. The Program Manager III oversees IRBs and regulatory requirements, supervises project staff, manages onboarding and training, maintains MOPs/SOPs and project timelines, schedules and leads meetings, creates agendas and minutes, serves as the main contact with research study participants, assists with qualitative interviews, oversees participant payments, monitors project budgets, collects and analyzes data, and develops reports for funding agencies/sponsors. The position ensures compliance with institutional and funding agency standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ or more years of experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, administration and supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Psychology, Sociology, Health Administration or related field preferred
