About The Position

This role is for a Program Manager II on the Operations Integration and Strategic Leadership (OISL) Production Operations team. The position focuses on leading end-to-end projects that impact production processes and customer experience, bridging Supply Chain, Engineering, Production Operations, Quality, and senior leadership. The program manager will own program delivery from conception to completion, focusing on initiatives that revolutionize digital and physical processes. The role involves tackling challenging problems in areas such as Scrap Reduction, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP system improvements, Inventory Management, and new product introductions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • 3+ years experience using and troubleshooting ERP Systems
  • 3+ years experience using and troubleshooting Manufacturing Execution Systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize complex program life-cycles across Supply Chain, Engineering, Production Operations, and Quality teams to deliver projects that positively impact stakeholders and customers
  • Define new programs, scope objectives, analyze data and drive measurable improvements in digital and physical production floor processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues while driving initiatives for Scrap Reduction, MES and SAP system improvements, and Inventory Management
  • Apply relevant tools and mechanisms to drive progress, manage overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, and keep scope under control while meeting timelines
  • Partner with stakeholders including operations teams, software developers, and senior leadership to communicate status through regular business reviews and escalate issues appropriately
