About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and direction of one or more programs. Oversees and ensures effective coordination of activities and resources for designated programs and projects that may impact operations, systems, other programs or departments, and patients and their families. Understands the program’s strategic goals and ensures objectives are accomplished within established parameters. Ensures program activities are planned and organized and follow regulatory guidelines. Participates in developing and implementing department goals and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
Two years of recent relevant experience.
Ability to build effective working partnerships with employees, peers, and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, particularly writing.
Motivated, resourceful self-starter able to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, independently and in team settings.
Ability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.
