A caregiver in this position works full-time| days| 8:00am—5:00pm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and 5 years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
