The Program Manager, Housing Stabilization and CES will provide oversight to case management staff that are responsible for field-based services to single adults experiencing homelessness as they transition into permanent housing. Primary responsibilities of the selected candidate include supervising a team of up to four or more program staff by providing oversight, coordination of services, ensuring that staff work with clients to access permanent housing opportunities by locating best fit housing options, implementation of housing stabilization plans, and coordination of multiple services to meet each client's needs. The Program Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with landlords/management companies/property owners as well as with other homeless service providers and partnering agencies.
