The Program Manager for Graduate & Alumni Career Services partners with the Associate Director of Graduate and Alumni Career Services to coordinate and administer career development programs, resources, and engagement opportunities that support the professional success of graduate students and alumni. This position manages career-related programming, facilitates access to career technologies and resources, coordinates experiential learning opportunities, and supports alumni and employer engagement initiatives. The Program Manager contributes to the Career Development Center's efforts to deliver accessible, scalable career support through technology, partnerships, and educational programming. Through program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and resource management, this position helps graduate students and alumni build career readiness, expand professional networks, and access career development resources throughout their professional journey. Career Development is an integral unit in the Division of Student Affairs and aligns with the Principles of Good Practice for Student Affairs at Catholic Colleges and Universities.
