About The Position

The Program Manager of Federal Programs will own a portfolio of Hypori’s most important Federal customer relationships and run the engagement rhythm that keeps them on plan. That work includes monthly and quarterly performance reviews, strategy sessions, and status updates across the Field Technical Services organization. This role is responsible for directing, leading, and executing critical system implementations for DoW. You will serve as the trusted advisor and as the customers’ voice, influencing and refining the Hypori Experience from inside the program. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that helps both Hypori and its customers realize enterprise-wide strategic outcomes. You will collaborate across internal teams and build strong credibility, influence, and partnership with leaders across Hypori. Your work directly determines whether Hypori’s largest and most consequential deployments succeed and become operationalized inside the customer environment. This role requires candidates to be based in the Washington, DC metro area.
