About The Position

Spotlight helps Fortune 500 technology companies enhance their reputation on peer review platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. The User Review Sourcing practice manages customer review programs on platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and Capterra. The Program Manager, Customer Engagement is responsible for managing these programs for a portfolio of clients, which includes building reviewer pipelines, executing campaigns, and achieving measurable results. This client-facing role requires a blend of strong relationship management and effective project execution, similar to an Account Manager.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, customer advocacy, consulting, or account management with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering measurable program results.
  • Familiarity with peer review platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, or Capterra.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client programs and competing deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track key metrics (review volume, platform ratings, campaign performance) and use data to improve programs and report results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with marketing and product leadership.
  • Upbeat, results-oriented energy and a genuine interest in B2B technology marketing and influencing enterprise buyer decisions.
  • Experience in a customer marketing or customer advocacy role managing review or reference programs for B2B technology clients.
  • Experience in an account management or client success role at a marketing agency or SaaS company with peer review platform experience.
  • Experience in a demand generation or B2B marketing role with strong project management skills and client-facing experience.
  • Experience in a consulting or PR background with exposure to reputation management, thought leadership, or analyst relations.
  • Experience in any B2B marketing or client services role managing programs, building relationships, and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full review sourcing lifecycle for each assigned client, from identifying customer advocates to coordinating outreach, submission, and follow-up, using a strategic approach to reviewer pipelines.
  • Manage client communication and status meetings with marketing and product leadership, providing clear, proactive updates on program performance and campaign timing.
  • Act quickly on time-sensitive review campaign opportunities, such as G2 seasonal report windows and Gartner Peer Insights award cycles, while maintaining accuracy and client experience.
  • Oversee overall program management across multiple client accounts simultaneously, including scheduling campaigns, coordinating outreach, and delivering post-campaign reports on review volume, platform ratings, and program ROI.
  • Build deep, long-standing client relationships based on trust, consistent delivery, and a thorough understanding of each client's goals and competitive landscape.
