Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, with professional membership or equivalent.
- Proven commercial management expertise and financial acumen.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability, value engineering, and construction methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
- Manage cost control, valuations, reporting, and financial oversight throughout project delivery.
- Oversee claims, variations, and project changes, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Provide leadership to cost consultants and project teams, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes and promoting collaboration.
- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon goals within project delivery and decision-making.
