About The Position

AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through the delivery of an unparalleled condition monitoring experience. As the Program Manager for Asset Health Monitoring at AssetWatch, you will own the program end to end, including the offering, customer outcome, and domain expertise that drives hardware and software roadmap decisions. You will be responsible for how software and hardware integrate into a monitoring program that delivers value, and for curating the customer experience. This role requires deep engagement with the program, advocating for it, and ensuring all teams involved understand their roles and are aligned. This position is at the intersection of domain expertise, customer experience, and cross-functional coordination. Your insights into data interpretation and customer needs will shape decisions made by R&D, Hardware Product Managers, and Software Product Managers. While electrical monitoring is a core aspect, you are not expected to be an expert on day one but should be driven to develop this expertise through coursework, seminars, and field experience. The ultimate goal is to deliver a high-quality product that provides significant value to Condition Monitoring Engineers and customers, prioritizing progress over perfection.

  • Comfort presenting to customers at trade shows and participating in technical reviews.
  • Curiosity and self-drive to learn, including seeking out training and conducting site visits.
