Summary The Program Manager, Communications and Engagement ensures organizational alignment, executive transparency, and stakeholder adoption for enterprise real estate initiatives. In addition, the role manages the enterprise Amenities Program, coordinating stakeholders, rollout communications, and ongoing engagement to ensure amenities initiatives enhance employee awareness and experience, as well as align with broader real estate objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, communications, or change management within a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Proven experience developing executive-level communications, including building presentation decks (MBR/QBR/ABR) and structured reporting materials for senior leadership
  • Strong ability to translate complex program data into clear, concise reports, dashboards, and executive narratives
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, with demonstrated experience driving adoption and organizational alignment
  • Experience supporting large-scale portfolio, real estate, or workplace initiatives preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across governance, operations, finance, and data/analytics teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with communication planning tools, survey platforms, and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet) preferred
