In this position, as the communications expert embedded at the Cleveland Engine Plant, you will work with your plant leadership on comprehensive communications, community engagement and local media strategies. You will be responsible for keeping your plant population informed of corporate messages, helping to celebrate employees, deepening Ford’s connection to the local community, and mining for stories that build community and celebrate your facility’s contributions to a successful future for Ford.
