The Program Manager, Commercial Enablement will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs critical to Commercial Enablement & Incentive Compensation, including digitization, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, contract and deal process modernization, and incentive compensation analytics / future goaling methodology / territory design. The Program Manager will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CX, and Technology to translate strategy into execution and ensure delivery against committed roadmaps. This role is critical to delivering the Commercial Enablement roadmap at scale, particularly as investments accelerate in digitization, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. A high level of flexibility, curiosity, and storytelling will ensure the right capability while maintaining a high execution bar.
