Program Manager, C&P Strategy and Business Operations

AdobeSan Jose, CA
$98,800 - $202,250

About The Position

We're looking for a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Strategy and Business Operations team in Adobe's Creativity + Productivity (C+P) organization. We're an energized team of strategists and operations leaders working on high priority projects and processes. In this role, you'll lead high-impact operational programs that shape how C+P plans, operates, and allocates its most important resource: its people. You'll focus on building and running the structures, processes, and tools that enable senior leaders to make faster, better-informed decisions, starting with the build-out of a new Headcount Planning and Operations Center of Excellence (COE). As that function matures, your scope will grow to include additional programs and operational priorities. This is a high-visibility opportunity to do work that matters, working directly with the Director of Strategy & Operations, partnering across internal teams and strategy and operations leads. If you're someone who is motivated by building something new, thrives in ambiguity, and wants real influence over how a large, complex organization runs, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently — from structuring the problem through execution
  • Strong fundamentals in program and project management: planning, workstream coordination, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; you will build executive-ready outputs regularly and without heavy direction
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels, from working teams to executive stakeholders
  • Sound judgment, high ownership, and the ability to make progress when not everything is defined

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of strategic operational programs from initiation through steady-state, with limited oversight — starting with the HC Planning and Operations COE
  • Define workplans, achievements, governance structures, and success measures; create momentum across concurrent workstreams
  • Build and maintain program artifacts that are clear and usable by others
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for senior audiences
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners and strategy and operations leads
  • Translate operational complexity into clear recommendations and concise communication tailored to each audience
  • Document current-state processes; diagnose gaps and inefficiencies with a focus on business impact
  • Design and implement improved workflows, approval processes, and operating cadences
  • Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates designed for scale
  • Synthesize data and insights to support planning, decision-making, and executive reporting

Benefits

  • comprehensive benefits programs
