The Strategy & Operations Manager will work cross-functionally within our group and across Thatch to drive and enable the growth of Operations. You will lead mission-critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute on strategic initiatives. You may design new business systems and processes to scale our group, develop operations strategy, help us build and launch new processes, or unlock new opportunities for efficiency. This is a high-impact role working across Servicing, Carrier Enrollments, and general Operations, to help us scale what’s working – and fix what’s not. If you love bringing clarity to chaos, diving into Operations data, and partnering closely with a growing Operations team, this role is for you.
