In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of a large engineering and research site, partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution, engagement, and culture. You will help establish and maintain business rhythms, support strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall employee experience. Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to execute projects with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and document software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the work site.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site leadership to establish and maintain a strong rhythm of business (RoB) that drives execution of key priorities.
  • Support and contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop execution plans, success metrics, and communication strategies for key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to deliver internal messaging (e.g., meetings, presentations, milestones) and external engagement (e.g., universities, partners, community outreach).
  • Drive programs that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and culture across the site.
  • Work with HR, diversity and inclusion leaders, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and innovative work environment.
  • Coordinate and execute events, meetings, offsites, and community partnerships.
  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders on budget planning, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring alignment with defined success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across teams and organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and simplify operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment and professionalism when working with stakeholders at all levels.
