We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Manager! The Program Manager of Business Demand Response will lead CLEAResult’s implementation of commercial and industrial Demand Response programs for a utility in Indianapolis. This role oversees all phases of program implementation, including cost management, program implementation, performance tracking, client/customer satisfaction, and strategic coordination. The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact for the utility client, lead program review sessions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Key responsibilities include program/team leadership, P&L oversight, KPI achievement, contract execution, customer satisfaction initiatives, and coordination with engineering, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in demand response or utility programs
  • 2+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Located within commutable distance from Indianapolis

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of client programs, including P&L reporting and KPI tracking
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development)
  • Develop strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups
  • Ensure program implementation aligns with regulatory requirements, market trends and customer needs
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Support process improvements to enhance program delivery
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data management
