About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency operating across Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI offers a comprehensive continuum of care, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. These services are provided to individuals facing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is recognized as a premiere non-profit provider, utilizing cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models for prevention, education, and treatment in substance use and behavioral health. The Program Manager BHT is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and business operations of their assigned site or program(s). A key aspect of this role is supervising staff who work with members to secure and maintain housing in the community and enhance income stability. The Program Manager ensures that staff deliver high-quality support services and housing resources to all clients, and guides them in understanding program processes and available services tailored to their specific target population. This position also involves fostering a cohesive team that collaborates effectively with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide excellent care. Additionally, the Program Manager is tasked with tracking client paperwork and referrals through reporting mechanisms and submitting all required reports and deliverables to leadership.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 year of experience in the behavioral health required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures, is required
  • Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred
  • Peer Certification preferred

Responsibilities
