About The Position

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an education or health care setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and related software tools. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and must demonstrate a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. Must have the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, faculty, and students, manage complex projects in a busy work environment, and approach challenges with creativity and innovation. Must be able to provide own transportation to and from off-site meetings. Early mornings are required. Evening and weekend work may be required to monitor program activities and manage workload.
