About The Position

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that engage and support Operation Smile's alumni network. The Program Manager will foster a strong sense of community among alumni, facilitate networking opportunities, and leverage alumni support for the organization's mission.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Non-profit Management).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, alumni relations, or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for Operation Smile's mission.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for alumni engagement programs.
Organize and coordinate alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities.
Manage alumni communications, including newsletters, social media, and email campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with individual alumni.
Identify and cultivate opportunities for alumni to support Operation Smile through volunteering, fundraising, and advocacy.
Track and report on program metrics and outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of alumni programs with organizational goals.
