We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to join our team at Fleet Canada Inc. The Program Management team serves as the central coordinating function between our customers and internal departments, ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and successfully executed. As a Program Manager, you will act as a primary representative of Fleet Canada to our customers while also representing customer requirements internally. You will work closely with Fleet’s Executive Management team and a multidisciplinary group of Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure programs are delivered on time, within expectations, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly while balancing customer requirements, business objectives, engineering requirements, and quality standards.
