About The Position

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of projects across Life Sciences, Semiconductor/Industrial, Automotive, and Emerging Technology. These are fast-moving, technically demanding environments where precision, coordination, and leadership matter. In this role, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll shape how they get delivered. You’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales, and ensure we meet customer commitments with clarity and consistency. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years managing complex projects in manufacturing or similar environments
• Experience leading or mentoring project teams
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
• PMP certification required

Nice To Haves

• Background in Life Sciences, Semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing preferred

• Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
• Proactive risk management—no surprises
• Consistency in execution, tools, and communication
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to align scope, schedule, and deliverables
• Drive communication across teams to surface risks early and avoid downstream impacts
• Coordinate across facilities to support capacity and capability needs
• Align execution with customer expectations to ensure consistent delivery
