About The Position

This role involves overseeing the quality of services and supervision of the program, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and supporting individuals receiving services. The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of goals, staff actions, and daily activities, while also ensuring safety, well-being, and rights of the individuals supported. The position also includes administrative duties such as reporting, billing, budget management, and building community partnerships.   • Ability to prepare reports and informational materials
  • Ability to review billing and rectify errors
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Assistant Director
  • Willingness to provide coverage for supports as needed
  • Willingness to assist with toileting needs
  • Willingness to assist with transferring or lifting
  • Willingness to transport people supported using agency vehicle after proper training
  • Ability to ensure building integrity and report maintenance issues
  • Ability to build community partnerships
  • Ability to administer quarterly fire drills
  • Ability to manage program budget and supply orders
  • Ability to support the admission process

Responsibilities

  • Participates in interview process, hiring decisions, and ensuring all staff is held accountable to all policies and procedures
  • Reviews and approves timesheets to ensure accuracy
  • Oversees with monitoring quality of services and supervision of the program
  • Manages the implementation of goals and staff actions as indicated in Individual Habilitation Plans and Staff Action Plans
  • Supports program Leads, responsible for ensuring the appropriate implementation of daily activities
  • Oversees program safety and wellbeing of people supported as well as ensuring the safeguarding of their rights
  • Ensures compliance with OPWDD regulations
  • Prepares reports and other informational materials as required
  • Reviews eVero billing daily and rectifies errors and submits billing
  • Maintains regular/ongoing communication with the Assistant Director regarding significant issues concerning individuals we support, staff and program
  • Provides coverage of all supports for program as needed
  • Assists individuals we support who have toileting needs
  • Assists with transferring or lifting of individuals we support
  • Transports people supported using agency vehicle, after proper training
