Vituity is seeking a Program Manager, Academic Affairs to serve as a trusted Business Partner to the Director of Academic Affairs. This role involves strengthening and managing relationships with Vituity Residency and Fellowship Programs, developing and implementing initiatives to support operational effectiveness, and serving as the primary operational contact for these programs. The Program Manager will provide consultation on ACGME standards, compliance, financial processes, program operations, and culture-building. They will also support Program Directors with operational needs, accreditation readiness, and faculty development. A key responsibility is leading initiatives for new academic programs, including onboarding, system infrastructure, and launch activities. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams for program setup and integration, and analyzing program data to inform strategic planning and quality improvement. The Program Manager will act as a Subject Matter Expert in business development discussions and partner with clinical leaders to support GME-approved fellowships and training programs. They will also align academic program operations with strategic business objectives, present to hospital leadership, and evaluate partnership viability. Collaboration with Medical Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, Operations, and Academic Recruitment teams is essential for physician pipeline development and recruitment efforts. This role may expand to include direct supervision of team members as the Academic Affairs function grows.
