Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition, logistics, or sustainment programs with measurable impacts on readiness or cost efficiency
  • Experience building or executing life‑cycle sustainment plans, provisioning, or maintenance planning for complex systems
  • Experience synthesizing technical data including drawings, BOMs, ECPs, and failure data into actionable logistics products
  • Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, DoD life‑cycle sustainment policy, and supply chain principles including demand forecasting, sparing, and obsolescence management
  • Knowledge of standard logistics tools for tracking requirements, schedules, and performance
  • Ability to analyze logistics and reliability data to inform sustainment strategies and decision briefs
  • Ability to develop clear artifacts such as task planning sheets, maintenance concepts, and supportability analyses that align to program objectives
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Navy or Marine Corps acquisition or sustainment programs
  • Experience conducting LORA, RAM analyses, or reliability growth activities
  • Experience improving logistics processes using data visualization or analytics
  • Knowledge of DoDI 5000‑series sustainment guidance, NAVSEA logistics standards, and common Navy and DoD logistics information systems and data structures
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain optimization and performance management
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional working sessions to translate mission needs into logistics requirements
  • Ability to develop briefings and dashboards that convey readiness, cost, and risk trade‑offs to decision‑makers
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to repeatable methods and templates
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business preferred; Master's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business a plus
  • DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level I and II, ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or PMP Certification
