The Program Management SETA (PM SETA) provides end‑to‑end support across the full research program lifecycle—including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transition—while taking a leadership role in the timely collection, analysis, and reporting of financial and programmatic data. Each PM SETA may support up one or multiple programs and serves as a primary point of contact for our client Program Managers by coordinating with research performers, test and evaluation contributors, and transition organizations. Core responsibilities include developing and managing spend plans, generating funding documentation, preparing financial briefings, overseeing performance against plan, identifying and resolving budget variances, and providing comprehensive administrative and lifecycle support such as document review, data and records management, meeting coordination, and logistics.
