About The Position

The Program Management SETA (PM SETA) provides end‑to‑end support across the full research program lifecycle—including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transition—while taking a leadership role in the timely collection, analysis, and reporting of financial and programmatic data. Each PM SETA may support up one or multiple programs and serves as a primary point of contact for our client Program Managers by coordinating with research performers, test and evaluation contributors, and transition organizations.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ONE (1) or more years’ of experience program finance, program control, and/or program management
  • Experience providing administrative and/or financial support
  • Experience with government source selection (required for Mid and Senior; implicit alignment across levels)
  • Knowledge of federal contracting environment (working to advanced depending on level)
  • Understanding of federal business systems and processes (working to in‑depth depending on level)
  • Leadership/management of support teams (Senior only)
  • Ability to track and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple teams and organizations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) business systems and processes
  • Direct experience with the IC contracting environment
  • Experience supporting R&D source selection

Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end support across the full research program lifecycle—including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transition
  • Take a leadership role in the timely collection, analysis, and reporting of financial and programmatic data
  • Support one or multiple programs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client Program Managers by coordinating with research performers, test and evaluation contributors, and transition organizations
  • Develop and manage spend plans
  • Generate funding documentation
  • Prepare financial briefings
  • Oversee performance against plan
  • Identify and resolve budget variances
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and lifecycle support such as document review, data and records management, meeting coordination, and logistics
