About The Position

Assist the Program Manager in leading, guiding, and coordinating a multidisciplinary support team to meet mission objectives. Plan, direct, and oversee day to day operations of the support contract, including policy formulation, workflow coordination, task prioritization, and resource planning. Manage operational activities related to staffing, workload distribution, performance tracking, and contract deliverable management. Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and contract performance. Coordinate the use of human resources, materials, and administrative assets to support program goals and ensure timely task execution. Integrate and synchronize General Administration, Business & Financial Management, and Strategic Planning activities across all contract functional areas. Provide analytical support, data driven insights, and operational recommendations to leadership for informed decision making. Monitor program milestones, assess risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain program alignment and contract compliance. Facilitate communications among stakeholders, leadership, government customers, and team members to ensure cohesive program execution. Prepare and review operational reports, decision papers, briefings, and program documentation. Ensure all program activities adhere to standards, contractual requirements, and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline, or a related field are required.
