Senior Program Management Analyst
About The Position
The Senior Program Management Analyst provides senior-level analytical support to program management, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information related to procurement, program planning, logistics, and program cost. This role involves providing procurement support, tracking milestones, performing program cost analysis, and preparing reports and briefings to summarize program status. The position requires seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing program information, with demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis. A DoD Secret or higher security clearance is required, or the ability to obtain and maintain one. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
- DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have acceptable reference and background check results.

Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze information in support of assigned programs.
- Provide procurement support, including tracking requisitions, contract deliverables, and vendor coordination.
- Support program planning activities, including schedule development and milestone tracking.
- Provide logistics support related to program execution.
- Perform program cost analysis and support budget development and tracking.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and other documentation summarizing program status and analysis findings.
- Identify trends, risks, and issues affecting program performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and technical review support to junior analysts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
