About The Position

The PMO Tower Director is the contractor-side leader accountable for program governance across the contract and leads the Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO governs and supports delivery through compliance, tracking and monitoring, metrics and analytics, scheduling, quality and standardization, staff onboarding, deliverable review, and program communications. The role is the right hand to the Program Director and drives collaboration across Data Center Operations, Financial Operations, Business Office Integration, and Service Delivery Integration. The PMO provides the Program Director, TISTA leadership, and the client with a single view of program health, while the towers own and execute delivery. Government authorities retain approval, policy, prioritization, and acceptance decisions. The Director leads program governance and operating rhythms; integrated scheduling and dependency management; deliverable calendars, quality review, and acceptance tracking; KPI and AQL measurement and forecasting; risk, issue, and action management; contract compliance and audit readiness; quarterly reviews and executive reporting; dashboards and analytics; standard processes and document control; staffing and onboarding administration; subcontractor performance tracking; and communications and knowledge management. The position leads a multidisciplinary PMO team and coordinates with corporate contracts, finance, human resources, and security functions. The position is based in Rockville, Maryland, or Austin, Texas, and requires working in the office at least two days per week. Travel is as required by customer mission needs. The employee must be able to obtain and maintain the personnel suitability, credentials, system access, and training required for a Tier 4 / High Risk clearance. The suggested pay range is $130,546 to $145,875; offers depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location, and certain positions may be eligible for bonuses.
