This position is for a Program Manager (PM) and reports to the Senior Program Manager for a Classified Program within the Advanced Strategic Programs portfolio. The PM will be in charge of numerous CLINs on multiple programs and be responsible for supporting the management of all aspects of the design, development, procurement, systems integration and test, and production support. The PM will engage regularly with customers on telecoms, control monthly/weekly business rhythms, and manage all CDRL deliverables.

Requirements

  • Final Top Secret security clearance
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, finance, or other relevant area from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Prior Program Management experience and CAM experience
  • Experience with customer and supplier interface
  • Demonstrated capabilities in managing complex programs or projects
  • Experience with classified program environments
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work and integrate with technical team members to understand all aspects of the product being developed/produced and the earned value implications
  • Project Management (PM), Control Account Management (CAM), Finance & Business Operations (F&BO), and proposal experience preferred
  • PMP certification or training
  • Classified program implementation experience
  • Results-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment

Responsibilities
