About The Position

Trissential is hiring a Program Management Lead to join our client's team and spearhead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll partner with executive stakeholders, shape future-state operating models, drive AI-enabled transformation, and deliver lasting organizational impact. You will lead high-profile enterprise transformation initiatives with direct exposure to executive leadership, shape strategic roadmaps and operating models that influence business performance and long-term growth, drive AI-enabled innovation and help organizations identify high-value automation opportunities, partner with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, lead a multidisciplinary team of transformation, process improvement, and change management professionals, and deliver measurable business value through strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational change. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and leadership development, and expand your influence across strategy, technology, operations, and enterprise transformation functions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
  • 4+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or above
  • 5+ years of management consulting experience or corporate transformation office leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise assessments, operating model design, and strategic roadmap development
  • Proven ability to build credibility with C-suite executives and translate strategy into actionable execution plans
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including business case development, value realization, operating models, and cost optimization
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities and governance requirements
  • Advanced program management capabilities including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk management
  • Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence and lead within highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong change management and organizational readiness assessment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States

  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or related project and transformation certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive enterprise assessments evaluating strategy, program health, process effectiveness, technology readiness, AI maturity, and transformation opportunities
  • Design future-state operating models and develop a prioritized, value-driven 12-month transformation roadmap with clear sequencing and ROI
  • Build robust business cases that quantify financial benefits, cost reductions, value realization, and expected business outcomes
  • Establish credibility and alignment with executive sponsors, business leaders, enterprise architecture teams, AI governance stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals, including process analysts, AI specialists, and change management consultants
  • Oversee sprint delivery, cross-functional coordination, dependency management, and transformation execution activities
  • Assess organizational AI readiness and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and business innovation
  • Design governance-aligned approaches for AI-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Evaluate organizational readiness and develop adoption strategies that increase engagement and reduce change resistance
  • Identify and manage program risks, maintain issue registers, escalate critical blockers, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Define success metrics and establish tracking mechanisms to monitor business outcomes and transformation progress

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
