Program Lead
About The Position
Merakey is seeking a Program Lead. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma or GED or qualifying experience in a human services residential setting, and has 1–3 years of experience. The candidate must be willing to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year of hire if required. Merakey is a nonprofit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. The organization serves individuals and families across 12 states and employs more than 8,000 people. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have a verifiable high school diploma/GED or 4–5 years of experience working in a human services residential setting.
- 1–3 years of total experience required.
- Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year of hire, if required.
