About The Position

Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform where anyone can create music. The Emerging Creator Program is a new initiative focused on developing the next generation of content creators and establishing Suno as a company that accelerates creative careers. This 12-week selective, cohort-based program (September 21 – December 11) will provide nano and micro creators with exclusive programming, including Suno workshops, keynotes from breakout creators, creative contests, content spotlights, IRL events, and a network of fellow creators. The goal is to sign participants for ongoing deals, maintain an active creator community, and scale the initiative. The Program Lead will be the operational backbone of this program, responsible for building it from the ground up and running it end-to-end. This role involves owning the program's calendar, cohort experience, speaker management, event logistics, and all related details. The Program Lead will collaborate closely with Growth and Influencer Marketing, Music Partnerships, and Creative teams to bring the program's strategy and vision to life.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series.
  • Experience building a program from scratch.
  • Understanding of the creator economy, including how nano/micro creators approach growth, money, brands, and community.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with creators.
  • Proficiency in managing operational details such as calendars, run-of-shows, trackers, and follow-ups.
  • Strong hospitality mindset and experience in designing engaging experiences.
  • Ability to create a sense of belonging and intuitively understand participant needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously, create structure from ambiguity, and operate independently.
  • Communicative, independent, and reliable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with creator programs, MCNs, talent management, or platform partnerships.
  • Experience producing IRL events.
  • Familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools.
  • Existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the program outline into a week-by-week curriculum, including session formats, Suno skills/tools coverage, and contest design.
  • Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline, including identifying, pitching, confirming, and prepping speakers and mentors.
  • Establish program infrastructure such as community channels (Slack/Discord), calendars, meeting/tech setups, and application intake/tracking systems.
  • Support outreach and sourcing efforts, managing the invite list, referrals, and application pipeline, and running logistics for the selection process.
  • Determine the application approach, launch messaging, and launch-creator partnerships.
  • Source and negotiate member perks with partner tools and brands.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, including legal review of contest mechanics, creator payments, event liability, and minors.
  • Own the biweekly programming cadence end-to-end, including scheduling, speaker coordination, session production, and follow-ups.
  • Run monthly creative contests, managing briefs, submission tracking, judging logistics, and prize fulfillment.
  • Design and manage the creator spotlight approach.
  • Produce IRL moments as applicable.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for program members, handling onboarding, questions, community management, and maintaining high energy.
  • Track program health metrics such as attendance, participation, contest engagement, and member sentiment, flagging at-risk members.
  • Produce the graduation event, including credentialing and culmination activities for participants.
  • Transition the cohort into the alumni network.
  • Deliver a program retrospective, documenting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future cohorts.
