We are seeking a high-potential, creative, and results-driven Emerging Talent Recruiter to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top early-career talent across our internship, co-op, and rotational programs. You will lead full-lifecycle recruiting strategies, build strong campus partnerships, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally focused on university recruiting, early talent, or high-volume hiring programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines, and manage active candidate pipelines.
  • Creative approach to candidate engagement, with a track record of brainstorming fresh outreach strategies and event concepts.
  • Strong event execution skills, with an eye for detail when organizing both virtual and in-person candidate experiences.
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with a strong drive to take ownership of hiring goals and continuously improve recruiting processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with students, university partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and virtual collaboration software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using iCIMS, strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience building university relationship models or managing early-career pipeline programs.
  • Familiarity with candidate assessment frameworks and structured interview methodologies.
  • Experience or interest in employer branding, content creation, and creative candidate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for early-career cohorts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Build and execute targeted talent sourcing strategies across campus networks, student organizations, and digital platforms to maintain active candidate pipelines.
  • Design and execute engaging campus and intern program events, including info sessions, interview days, networking mixers, and cohort celebrations.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, candidate criteria, and effective assessment models.
  • Manage candidate pipeline progression within the applicant tracking system, ensuring high data accuracy and timely candidate communication.
  • Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to maintain high offer acceptance rates and reduce drop-offs.

Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $35 to $50/hr for Atlanta based applicants.
