About The Position

This role involves leading and directing messaging and providing strategic guidance in support of a pre and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) program. The Program Integrator will work closely with DoD clients to aid in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, supporting the warfighter. The position requires architecting and planning large-scale space and ground system acquisition programs, integrating the Global Positioning System (GPS) space, ground, and user segments across the enterprise, and managing technical projects including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. The role also involves providing acquisition knowledge and counsel to the program office, developing stakeholder engagement strategies, and delivering procurement request packages. The individual will be a leader and direct liaison to the Government client, building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and obtaining concurrence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, program management, leadership, and business operations
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical program baselines
  • Experience with project and program execution
  • Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships including PAE, SAE, and operator or user communities
  • Experience as a Senior Material Lead (SML), Material Lead (ML), Product Support Manager (PSM), or served as a deputy SML, ML, or PSM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
  • Experience being a self-starter in crafting or writing strategic communications
  • Ability to facilitate and contribute to cross-functional efforts across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams and collaborate in professional environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with the PNT mission areas, including Space, Ground, or User Equipment
  • Experience with U.S. Space Force systems and organizations
  • Experience analyzing program-level and enterprise-level integrated master schedules
