About The Position
Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Program Integrator to support SMDC. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience supporting DoW programs.
- Working knowledge of the acquisition processes, program execution, documentation flow, staffing requirements, contracting actions, and the operational rhythm associated with managing acquisition efforts.
- High level of initiative, independent execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
- U.S. citizen and ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Independently advise leadership on acquisition-related processes and actions, identifying gaps early and helping drive informed decisions across the organization.
- Recommend appropriate acquisition approaches, coordinate staffing actions, identify when RFIs or other market research activities are warranted, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure organizational actions remain synchronized across stakeholders.
- Actively serve as an acquisition-focused integrator who can connect technical efforts, program execution, contracting, reporting, and leadership priorities into a cohesive process.
- Other duties as assigned.
