About The Position

As a member of the Special Technology Programs (STP) Program Integration Team, you will support Military Development Programs (MDP) and the GATORWORKS organization. This role involves using historical and forecast data to perform trend and variance analyses, identify issues, and recommend actions to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Financial analysis experience required.
Must have strong systems skills, understanding of accounting and financial planning, and the ability to analyze complex data.
Experience with SAP, Primavera, and Microsoft Project is required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Graduate degree preferred.
The ideal candidate is team‑oriented, able to guide peers and leadership, exercises sound judgment, prioritizes multiple tasks effectively, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CORE Associate/Apprentice preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting OMM sales and manpower forecasts by running reports and providing updates to Program Managers and Senior Leadership.
Supporting the STP program life cycle (Proposals, Initiation, Execution, Closeout).
Supporting program planning, Earned Value analysis, schedule execution (experience with Primavera, MS Project, SAP), variance analysis, manpower planning, and budget maintenance.
Serving as a liaison between the Program Office and Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and other support organizations.
Leading or participating in special projects and events as needed.
