You’ll share your expertise through cross‑organizational engagement and process development, while expanding your skillset across areas such as systems engineering, data and AI, enterprise integration, and readiness assessment. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a senior program leadership or integration role
  • Experience supporting DoD, the Intelligence Community, or federal agency
  • Experience leading complex technical programs or organizations
  • Experience with senior-level program management in an RDT&E, engineering, technology, or multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and activities across organizational boundaries
  • Experience with organizational or workforce management and planning
  • Experience with process-improvement and performance-management
  • Ability to develop integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level program products
  • Ability to understand complex technical activities sufficiently to integrate execution without supplanting designated scientific or engineering authorities
  • Ability to demonstrate judgment in distinguishing contractor execution responsibilities from government decision authority
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Physical Science, Business, or Program Management field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with program-management tools, integrated master schedules, risk and issue management, resource planning, and executive dashboards
  • Experience with federal contracting, contractor workforce management, and government-contractor operating boundaries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management Professional certification or comparable
