About The Position
The Bethlehem YMCA is seeking dynamic individuals for a part-time Program Instructor position. The role is scheduled for Friday afternoons, for 2–4 hours per week, and pays $16.43 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience coordinating recreational programs.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, to be completed within 30 days of hire.
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings, to be completed within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- College-level study in physical education, health education, or a recreational program.
